He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Operations with a minor in Psychology. He has practical experience working in both large and small companies. He worked in flight operations with a major airline and has owned and operated his own small businesses, including a wholesale import business and a car dealership. Andy Anderson is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Business Administration. He spend the first part of his career in the insurance industry as a property and casualty underwriter and later as an account executive. The second part of his career has focused on sales with the last four years spent in the business-brokerage industry. Andy also spent two and one half years in the U.S. Army as a Pharmacy Specialist serving one year in Vietnam. Carlos has extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry where he was an Executive in several multi-national companies, including AT&T, Nextel International and LCC International.He worked for a number of years at an Investment Banking boutique firm and has his own consulting company which provides business advisory services to small companies, as well as international telecom project assistance. Miles Staley has a rich history of over 15 years in small/medium business operations, consulting and sales. Directly prior to joining Sunbelt, he focused on bringing new franchises into the fast food giant, YUM Brands, parent of Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, Long John Silvers and A&W All American Food.
